bdt3 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt3 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdt3 online betting platform available at bdt3.io and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services offered therein.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bdt3 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

This Agreement is written in English and the English version shall be the governing text for all legal interpretations. bdt3 operates as an English-language platform directed at the Bangladesh market. All transactional communications, account notifications, and support interactions are conducted in English.

bdt3 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of bdt3 following any such publication constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an account on bdt3, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the life of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bdt3 operates a strict 21+ age policy and enforces this through document-based identity verification. Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• Capacity: You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Corporations, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold one and only one bdt3 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You are required to notify bdt3 promptly of any changes to your registered details via [email protected].
• Own Behalf: You must be registering and betting on your own behalf and not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed by yourself or imposed by bdt3 on your account.

bdt3 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification, together with proof of your registered payment method (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by bdt3 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your bdt3 account. This responsibility extends to all bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and any other actions taken through your account credentials, regardless of whether those actions were taken personally by you or by a third party who gained access to your account.

• Password Security: You must maintain a strong, unique password for your bdt3 account and must not share your login credentials with any other person. bdt3 strongly recommends enabling the SMS OTP two-factor authentication feature available in your account security settings.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify bdt3 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bdt3 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily freeze the account pending the outcome of that investigation.
• Account Transfer: You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your bdt3 account or any funds held within it to any other person. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for ensuring that your registered email address and mobile number remain current. bdt3 sends account notifications, verification codes, and support communications to these registered contact points. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delayed account support.

bdt3 reserves the right to temporarily freeze any account that shows unusual activity patterns, for purposes of fraud prevention, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance review, or responsible gaming intervention. bdt3 will communicate the reason for any such freeze and the steps required to restore full account access as promptly as operationally possible.

All deposits and withdrawals on the bdt3 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There is no currency conversion at any point in the transaction process. bdt3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your bdt3 balance within approximately 60 seconds of confirmation. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• International Cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted for deposits. Card processing times follow standard international card network timelines.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. bdt3 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via Bangladeshi mobile wallets or bank transfer. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently, which are outside bdt3's control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to make a successful deposit into the account, or that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect players. bdt3 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that triggers an AML compliance flag.

All bets placed on the bdt3 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, game, or event type. General betting rules applicable across all bdt3 markets are set out below.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding once bdt3 has confirmed acceptance and a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed to the player. Bets placed during a system outage or network interruption that do not receive a valid confirmation are void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by event. Current limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. bdt3 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are subject to the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance. Odds displayed during a brief communication delay between the player's device and bdt3 servers may differ from the odds at which the bet is ultimately accepted. bdt3 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event's material outcome has already occurred.
• Errors and Manifest Mistakes: bdt3 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a system fault, data feed failure, or human error, provided that the error was sufficiently obvious that a reasonable player would have identified it as incorrect. Notifications of such voiding will be sent to the affected account.
• Abandoned Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required playing time has elapsed, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned, unless specific rules for that sport provide otherwise.
• Results: Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a discrepancy between bdt3's data provider and official results, the official result shall govern.

bdt3 offers bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

• Eligibility: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotional offer is available to one account per person, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute a breach of this Agreement.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated clearly in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Qualifying Games and Markets: Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino table games, for example, may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rates applicable to each offer are specified in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated pending winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse: bdt3 employs pattern-recognition systems to detect bonus abuse. Players found to be exploiting promotional offers through low-risk betting strategies designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or through collusion with other players, will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdt3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on bdt3, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with or place bets on the platform without bdt3's prior written consent.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a technical exploit are void and will be reversed from your account balance.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption, or any form of insider betting in relation to any sporting event covered by bdt3's sportsbook.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal financial activity. bdt3 maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
• Allowing or facilitating another person's use of your bdt3 account, including a minor.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bdt3 support.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward bdt3 staff via any communication channel.

All content available on the bdt3 platform, including but not limited to the bdt3 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, database structure, text content, odds data, and game content supplied by third-party studio providers, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remains the property of bdt3 or its licensors respectively.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bdt3 platform for personal entertainment and betting purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the bdt3 platform for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas that you submit to bdt3 regarding the platform may be used by bdt3 freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

bdt3 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at bdt3.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

The personal data bdt3 collects includes registration details (name, date of birth, mobile number, email address), KYC verification documents, payment transaction records, betting history, and technical data such as IP address and device identifiers. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve platform services.

bdt3 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption across all platform communications. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plain text by bdt3 staff. bdt3 does not sell personal data to third-party advertising networks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bdt3 platform. This includes but is not limited to: losses arising from betting outcomes, losses resulting from system downtime or technical faults, losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password security, or losses arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

bdt3 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bdt3 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, bdt3 does not warrant uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency system downtime, third-party data feed failures, or circumstances beyond bdt3's reasonable control.

In no event shall bdt3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims exceed the total net deposits made by you to the bdt3 platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

bdt3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from every registered account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that restrict the total amount you may deposit within a given period. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders that notify you when you have been continuously logged into the platform for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which you cannot access betting features. Cooling-off periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion option that prevents access to your bdt3 account for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

bdt3 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered address at least 7 days before the change takes effect, where operationally practicable. Non-material changes (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not affect your substantive rights) may be made without prior notice.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your bdt3 account by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. bdt3 will process your closure request within 5 business days and will return any verified account balance to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

bdt3 may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any material term of this Agreement, if your account is implicated in fraudulent activity, if required to do so by a law enforcement authority, or if bdt3 determines that continued operation of your account would create regulatory, legal, or reputational risk for the platform.

Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licences granted to you hereunder terminate immediately, and you must cease all use of the bdt3 platform. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 10, and this Section 12) shall survive.
